Overview
The booking system serves to bring together suppliers of appointments and customers and to simplify communication. For this purpose, the provider can offer appointment times and the customer can register for them. The data entered is stored. All data entered by customers can be viewed by the provider of the appointments. This includes the e-mail address, the name and, if necessary, other fields that the provider asks for (you can define your own fields).
Only three steps are necessary to setup your booking system:
- Enter the name of your company so that your customers see the name on the booking website.
- Choose a duration for your appointments.
- Choose the bookable times for each week.
Afterward you are finished and you get a link that you can send to your customers:
Your customers only need a web browser. Just send them the link and they will see a website like this:
They can click on a time and enter their data to book an appointment. You will immediately receive a push notification with their details on your phone.
